For the homebound senior, or those without family support or other resources, CASS delivers the services that allow them to age with dignity and independence.
CASS offers safety and security through the Guardianship and Financial Case Management services.
CASS delivers nutritious meals to homebound seniors, and serves meals at several community locations.
Senior Care Coordination
CASS serves as the point of contact and referral for all the services a senior may require in order to remain independent.
CASS provides transportation to and from area senior centers, to the grocery store, for medical appointments and recreational outings.
