Donor Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy of Cincinnati Area Senior Services Relating to Donors

The Information We Collect:

We collect as little or as much information as you want to provide to CASS.

When you make a donation by check, credit card, or online, we enter into our database the contact information provided on your check, on the contact form of the remittance envelope, the billing address for the credit card, or the online donation form. At any time, however, you can request that we not publicly recognize your gift. You can also request that we not mail or email you communications from CASS. These requests can be acknowledged on your donation to keep information private and restrict future mailings or by calling the Development office at 513-559-4484.

At no time do we share or sell your information to another non-profit or third party, nor do we purchase contact lists from other non-profits or third parties.

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when making a donation only to complete that donation. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete the donation.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

“Mere words would fail to express my thanks to you for all the times that you have come through for me. I'm sure that you don't know how your weekly acts of kindness make my life happier, healthier and a lot less stressful. I will always remember you and your selfless acts.”
